Qualifications
• Current OH cosmetology license
• Passion for the beauty industry and eagerness to learn
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
Key Job Responsibilities
• Assist senior stylists with client services (color, cutting, styling, treatments)
• Prepare clients for services (shampooing, blow-drying, treatments)
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and salon areas
• Support front desk and daily salon operations as needed
• Participate in ongoing education and training programs
• Build foundational skills in cutting, coloring, and styling techniques
• Deliver exceptional client care and contribute to a positive salon atmosphere
