Qualifications
• Previous customer service or front desk experience preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with booking systems and basic computer skills
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
Key Job Responsibilities
• Greet clients warmly and provide a welcoming salon experience
• Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and cancellations
• Answer phone calls, emails, and online booking inquiries
• Process transactions and handle retail sales
• Maintain accurate client records
• Coordinate stylist schedules and manage daily flow of appointments
• Keep the front desk and retail area clean, organized, and stocked
• Support team communication and overall salon efficiency
