Qualifications
• Active OH cosmetology license
• Advanced experience in cutting, coloring, and styling techniques
• Previous teaching, mentoring, or training experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Passion for education, mentorship, and team development
• Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and techniques
Key Job Responsibilities
• Develop and lead in-salon training programs and workshops
• Mentor co-stylists and support stylist skill development
• Ensure consistency in service standards and techniques across the team
• Stay current on industry trends and bring new techniques into training
• Collaborate with salon leadership on education strategy and goals
• Provide constructive feedback and performance coaching
• Assist in onboarding and training new team members
• Represent the salon’s brand, culture, and standards through education
